While significant work has been done to develop wound imaging measures, there is a lack of precedence and trust in these measures to support their use as primary endpoints in clinical research. In order to support the use of wound imaging biomarkers more broadly, we will collaborate with regulators and industry leaders to validate and fully qualify dermal digital imaging technologies as drug development tools to advance wound health outcomes across the field.
