Optimizing treatment of type 2 diabetes using sensor data

Over 38 million Americans live with diabetes, with 90-95% affected by type 2 diabetes (T2D). In addition, T2D often comes with serious comorbidities, including cardiovascular disease, obesity, and kidney complications.

As treatment options expand and digital health technologies (DHTs) like continuous glucose monitors become essential to care, the opportunity to improve outcomes and tackle these interconnected health challenges has never been greater. However, standing out in a crowded market and demonstrating clinical value to payors, providers, and patients remains challenging.

To address this, DATAcc by DiMe is looking for key leaders—including those in pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers, digital solution developers, payors, health systems, regulators, and patients—to collaborate and develop holistic, actionable recommendations.

Are you one of those leaders? By joining this project, you will:

  • Lead the development of pathways to position  PGHD from DHTs  as critical evidence that improves T2D treatment and supports decisions
  • Drive the creation of a toolkit integrating PGHD into budget models to enhance market adoption and patient access
  • Influence policy recommendations to advance DHTs and PGHD as essential tools in drug development and patient care
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve care for T2D and comorbidities
  • Gain early access to insights and tools that amplify your organization’s impact
  • Position your company as a thought leader in digital health innovation

At this time, the project team is only accepting organizational partners, not individual contributors.
